Customer cancellation
- Cancellation 72+ hours before tour start: up to 100% refund.
- Cancellation 24-72 hours before tour start: up to 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before start or no-show: non-refundable.

Operator cancellation
If we cancel a tour due to force majeure, weather, road closure, or safety reasons, customer receives either a full refund or date reschedule option.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment card. Processing is initiated within 1-5 business days; final posting depends on issuing bank and card network rules.
