Card Payment and Security

How payment works

1. You select a tour, date, and number of travelers.
2. Our server creates a secure payment order with final amount and order ID.
3. You are redirected to the hosted payment page of the acquiring gateway.
4. After payment, the gateway returns the result and we verify status server-to-server.

Security and confidentiality

• Card details are entered only on the secure payment page of the acquiring provider.
• Our website does not store, process, or log raw card number, CVV, or expiry date.
• 3-D Secure authentication is used where required by issuer and payment rules.
• All requests between client, our server, and payment provider are transmitted over TLS.

Dispute and chargeback support

In case of payment dispute, we provide transaction records, booking details, and service fulfillment confirmations to support lawful claim resolution with the bank and card schemes.

Currency and geography

By default, online acquiring is enabled for Kazakhstan. Opening additional countries is reviewed by Bank CenterCredit individually after traffic and risk analysis.

• Tour prices are shown in USD; on tour details pages we additionally display an estimated amount in KZT.
• The final acquiring currency for payment processing is KZT unless otherwise approved by the bank.
• Requests to open new countries may require average check data and business justification.
• Potentially high-risk countries may be declined by the bank under acquiring policy.

Criteria for new country approval

• Valid contract with a legal advertiser partner for the target country, or verifiable promotion evidence (screenshots/video from ad platforms).
• Traffic analytics for the website, including quality indicators such as time on site.
